im so sorry. it’s so hard to predict if we will get in or not since nursing is so unpredictable. we just have to keep our heads up. i hope they accept more than 10 like last year.
Ms. Sun changed her description of when UCLA will release decisions:
"UCLA All decisions should become available at My Application Status on April 21 or 23, 2021 (based on the vague wording on page 5 of this UC update and the fact that UCLA almost always released decisions on a Wednesday or Friday).
This content is copyrighted and retrieved from UC Transfer Application Timeline | Ask Ms. Sun"
Before it said either April 16 or April 23rd.
I’ll see y’all next Wednesday then
^^^Invite for the Berkeley transfer discord for those interested.
Can someone post the discord link again? I had it earlier but I can’t find it anymore
Has UCLA ever released their decision for transfer applicant on Wednesday in history?
They did in 2019, 2018, and 2017.
see yall next wednesday then. cant wait to do this all over again with the memes and anticipation
Nursing majors are as competitive as getting into an Ivy+. If you get into ANY nursing program - go.
Hey, I’m a recent UCLA econ grad. It’s not as bad as you think. Not sure what your budget is, but most of my friends found housing near UCLA for around 850-1100 (sharing rooms of course).
Is anyone else having trouble logging in to their applicant portal?
don’t do this to me again… I’ve had enough today
Yeah I believe it’ll be down until tomorrow morning.
Saw a post on reddit with a screenshot from the UC application site stating that.
I wish I had that problem lmao, but my portal is still up. Highly unlikely anything comes out tonight
No that’s the UC application site. They announced they’re doing maintenance. No indication of when UCLA will release.
Don’t have any problem to log in.
Portal is still up.
Sorry, not trying to get anybody’s hopes up for a decision tonight! mine was down and just wanted to check. I saw someone on twitter say that 3 years ago they received their decision at 9pm but they didn’t clarify whether they were a freshmen or transfer applicant at the time. Also it was the UCLA applicant portal, not the general UC one. it’s back to normal now though so prob was just a system error
I think it is possible for a few to receive decisions a bit later but in general almost everyone will get decisions at the same time which is usually at 5pm and UCLA will also tweet about it so, we just have to wait until Wednesday/Friday
Yeah just wait, no more speculation
I agree, if anything, speculation makes it more stressful.
