UCLA Fin Aid question

Do you need to complete your SIR in order to see if they received your FAFSA or not? I won't be completing my SIR until I here from Berkeley, but it said No Request and that either means they didn't receive your FAFSA or that you didn't complete SIR. So I'm being a little paranoid.

Sign into MyUCLA and click the financial aid link on the left which will redirect you to the MyFAO website. It will give you your preliminary summary.

no i tried doing that, i cant see mine either. it says no request either. im stressing about that too :(

No need to stress it just means they havent recieved your fafsa corrections yet

I have my FAFSA corrected and updated since February, UCI posted my aid but UCLA doesn’t show. I have a full ride to UCI, so I really want to know if UCLA’s fin aid will compare!

^ yeah same here. i alrdy updated mine back in feb and havent touched it since. Its all ready to go, UCSD offered me a lot of money … i didnt have problems seeing their FA summary. im gonna wait until monday, but it would be nice to see something.

I just spoke to a Financial Aid rep today at UCLA. She told me that the ePAL for transfers isn’t going out until Friday.

Looks like we will all have to wait a little longer. Interesting that they would release decisions a full week before award notification.
