UCLA final transript question

Hi guys~ :) I am going to apply to UCLA this fall and I took some courses that said its "not transferable" to UCLA, so does it mean that
the official transcript that UCLA will see won't include the nontranferable courses? because my friend told me that if its anything that said its not transferable than it won't even calculate towards UC GPA or will be invisible in UCLA transcript. She also told me that since they wont see it it does not matter what grade u get as long as u pass em.

for example, for spring I took

Business 1
Economy1
Sociology1
Math20 - which is not transferable to UCLA.
ESL- not transferable to UCLA

They will see the grade, but it will not count towards your transfer GPA. Most likely they ignore it.

Do you know if grad schools calculate non-transferable courses into your GPA?

^ yes of course, grad schools are not looking at what is transferable, you are not transfering to grad school. MOST grad school look at your complete undergraduate record with ALL of your undergraduate courses.

When UCLA looks at your transcript they see everything, and all the grades, but anything non transferable is crossed out and not considered including any Ws you have in any course, weather transferable or not.
