UCLA Financial Aid Awards?

Can you guys see your financial aid awards yet on ePAL?

I can't and it sucks!

yeah I asked that in another thread. It says my ePals is not yet produced.

Glad to see that I’m not the only one who can’t. Hang in there!

The Financial Aid office will send you an email, notifying you that your award letter is complete.

Well yeah, I’m getting nervous because others who got accepted said they can see their financial aid already in the decisions thread.

RheeL3, how do you know this?

RheeL3 is a current UCLA student who transferred already. She’s pro!

A bit nervous to see the award letter because that determines whether or not I can go to my #1 school. :</p>

on myUCLA on the left side there is a link that says financial award or something like that. Click that and then click access. Should show your preliminary awards.

ahh planet, thanks. I’m in the same boat. UCI is giving me $21K with Regents but if UCLA gives me more than that (along with Regents), then I’m going there. Decisions Decisions Decisions!

How long does it usually take for them to email the financial aid info?

mine just came out, UCLA is offering me $21267. No regents…

aww damn, same here Howard.

$21,267 but no mention of Regents Scholarship :(

However it does say “Scholarship Recognition Award” - $4593

Doesn’t that count for somethin? :(

I got that too. Mine was $4793. Well it’s better than nothing, right?

and I confirmed with the previous UCLA student on this forum that if we did not see regents, then we are not regents.

Gaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh

How are you guys checking your awards?

never mind it showed up in fao

I qualify for Blue & Gold, but it’s not showing up hmmm

@IDEAL: check your FAO

@ideal

check it through the URSA login or at myUCLA (financial aid status)

to those who aren’t able to see your finaid info yet, do you get redirected to the FAO site? and when you try to click “continue” it says it can only be accessed by ucla students only?
cause that’s what i’m getting

I don’t see any fin aid thing on MyUCLA, and on ursa it says it’s not available yet.

Are you guys counting the Federal Work Study into your total of 21k UCLA is offering you? I can’t believe how expensive housing is…
