Yeah, true, Morrison seems like an a**hole (no idea if cussing is allowed in these forums), but I only felt bad because the video tape of him crying kept replaying over and over on different news channels.

Lol, you should have seen the rest of my family though, they were laughing pretty hard.

how is he a dirty player?
all the good players trash talk, larry bird, michael jordan, kobe bryant, just to name a few

its not as if the talk is hostile, its always good-natured and a part of the game
he was trash-talking to afflalo, and did afflalo get offended? No, after the game, he went to help morrison up from the floor

the fact is u guys are jealous that he's going on to his pro career and all u can do is sling insults

"He says some personal things. The last game when we lost to them, he told me if I got hit by a train and died he wouldn't care. Tonight, he was like, `You're a role player. Did your family come to watch you play your last game?' "

First of all, great comeback by UCLA. They deserved it.

I don't understand why Morrison is such a highly rated player. Just because he is the leading scorer of the nation, he gets so much praise. But all I saw yesterday was a slow spin move to the basket, and his strong move is a step back jump shot, which he makes with unbelievable accuracy. However, I don't see him dominating one on one.

UCLA deserved the and 1 by Collison, but was redeemed when Batista held the ball so high from Morrison's pass!

UCLA should also be thankful that Afflalo didn't foul out. He had 4 with over 10 minutes to play. :)

Other than that, they should beat Memphis, and we'll see from there.

Morrison is a hell of a player. The dude just scores and scores and scores. He's relentless coming off of screens and does not stop. He can get his shot off at almost anytime or anywhere. You are correct, though, he is not a strong one on one player at all. The only reason he has so much success as a scorer is because Gonzaga's offense is built around him. Will an NBA team really do that for him? The NBA is much more of a one-on-one game.

btw morrison is a VERY dirty player. He grabs, shoves, complains to the refs ALL game. He also has said some pretty bad things to opponents which may "cross the line" in terms of trash talking. That being said, he is still an awesome player and that is just his MO. Off the court hes a pretty normal guy I think. He's just a heck of a competitor and this turns him into a first-rate A**hole on the court.
