UCLA Hoops

I really don't like you guys.

You're getting the best UCLA basketball team in almost a decade, and I'm not there! I'm a little worried about losing Shipp, though. Without him, Florida's going to be tough. Either way, it's good times seeing UCLA have a commanding presence on the court again.

That, and seeing Duke flounder has been a real joy because it gives me fuel to bug my professor (he's a Dook grad). Glee!

So anyway, here's to a continued kick butt season!

U-C-L-A Fight fight fight!

wooooot

go bruinss

and what is up with usc?

misterr,

To be fair to the Trojans, they've never been much of a b-ball powerhouse.

But man does it feel good to see UCLA in form.

next year babyy.....kevin love!

Watching the UCLA basketball team score win after win makes me ever more proud to be a Bruin. Regardless of what the rankings say, we've got the best damn team in the nation. Go Bruins!

It's kind of scary to see next year's lineup.

PG - Collison (assuming he's stay) / Westbrook
SG - Roll / Abdul-Hamid
SF - Shipp / Keefe / Dragovic
PF - Mbah a Moute / Aboya / Wright
C - Love / Mata

I don't really see a "go to guy" but sounds dangerous (collison to love)

They've had some underrated players (Clancy, Bluthenthal, Scalabrine). But this year they have amazing young and raw talent (Taj Gibson, Lodrick Stewart).

I think they will be definitely Top 25 next year.

next year sc is getting oj mayo so of course theyre going to be top 25.

UCLA is getting Love and another 5 star recruit. Then in two years, they have two 4 or 5 star recruits. :D

Collison is by far my favorite player. Damn, he is so fast.
And what's up with those Arizona Wildcats who did not have the courtesy to help our team members up when they were down on the court? Afflalo had the courtesy to help a Wildcat up and even pat him on the back.

And that New Orleans Saints vs. Chicago Bears game...those pros certainly know the rules of sportsmanship. [Btw, it was a great game. Those turnovers kept on rolling and rolling!] Go Bears! First black coach to the Superbowl!!

ahh i liked the saints for that game. =(

i thought grossman would be the mvp for the saints

but at least manning has his shot for a super bowl win

to the original poster: it's hard to say what will happen in march. we're a young team, and we've been playing consistently well since the first two ACC losses. that, and we're consistently good every single year. paulus and mcroberts are recovering from the VT/GTech losses, and scheyer and nelson have been kicking ass at every game.

plus the cameron crazies knock the wind out of all the other fans.

I have one thing to say: ROLL OVER CAL!

Oh man, that was nice. The Furd doesn't stand a chance.

Go Bruins!

The Furd got lucky, but apparently Oregon St. and SUC couldn't handle the power of the Bruins.

This season is awesome.

SUC is a nice little team this year, but we're clearly a step ahead of them right now.

Anyone else catch Kevin Love playing on TV last weekend? He's awesome... think white Elton Brand, better passing, not as quick or high flying. He's gonna beast for us next year tho

I've started a new campaign... "In Russ We Trust". We definitely need to get Russ in the game more, the guy is the next Gilbert Arenas, no, Gilbert Arenas is the next Russell Westbrook.

Let's keep it rolling to Morgantown this weekend!

I have two tickets to the games this weekend.
I will not be able to go...anyone interested?
