thanks transferuc! It looks thought TAP really does help a lot in the admission process. I hope it gets me through haha

I saw an anthropology major with NO TAP and a 3.1 accepted with minimal EC’s.

I think I can focus on school again. ha ha.

I think you have good chance of getting in, TAP does help a lot, but notice how some students get in with extremely low gpas in comparison to the major… it puzzles me.

Berkeley really gets me confused, the GPA’s jump everywhere

@theregoesevan

seriously… I just get so confused. Maybe a 1st generation student, that is my best explanation.

OP! You’re me competition! Mehehe.
3.83 TAP global studies & women’s studies

haha edelynly…at least your over the avg gpa from last year. Thats good! hope everything works out this next few weeks…

trasferuc: ya your right…it is pretty much all over the place. I was surprised to see 3.1-3.3 gpas that got in. But good for them. Hope I get in. I can’t see myself anywhere else. UCLA is the definitely the ideal college .

Hah, but I do have a C. Hm, we’ll see. A girl got her doubts namsayin?

Which college do you go to now? Unless that’s too stalker-y.

It’s all just a reminder that anything can happen, just need a little hope.

And ya UCLA would be the college for me and make my parents happy. Of course if I get into Cal I can see the worst decision process of my life.

haha na stalkerish at all…I went to UCSC as a freshman…now at a CC in southern cali.

Ya well I think UCLA has the best social scene and college town. I have been in Norcal and its not my cup of tea haha. but what ever floats your boat right?

I’m first generation, too! Wee! :D
