I am currently enrolled at the University of Maryland-College Park. I have been really frustrated because no state school in MD offers a International Development major. I am in the honors program at UMD and I was given academic honors as a freshman. Next year I will be a sophomore and I wan to transfer to UCLA (to study INT DEV Studies) as a junior. I had two questions.

How strong is the Int. Dev. Studies program at UCLA and how difficult are the classes?

If your desired major is not offered at any public school in your state, do you receive in state tuition at any out of state public school that does offer your major (in my case UCLA) ?
