ucla life science vs ucsd bioengineering

i was accepted into ucsd (major = bioengineering, college = revelle) and ucla (major = life science undeclared) and i'm asking around for advice on which school to go to.

i know that ucsd's bioengineering program is one of the best in the nation but if i switch majors, it's not nearly as good as ucla

any advice (even on campus life, dorms, etc) will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!

Yeah, i am in the exact same boat as bitterxaurum,
I would also like some advice please. Thanks!

ucsd's bioengineer-premed is one of the top bioE programs in the nation (behind on john hopkins). ucla is nowhere near as good in that field. the best thing to do is visit both campuses and see which one you like better. each has something different to offer. ucsd is more chill, right by the beach, mexico, freshman can have cars... ucla has beverly hills and hollywood, sports, but triples only for dorms, no cars... visit the school to see which you like better
