Hi everyone thank you for your time in advance.
I am currently applying as a transfer and will probably have around a 3.4 GPA
The good news, if it is good news, is that I will have all the pre-reqs done by the end of this semester and I am tap/IGETC certified. I have work experience (not related to my major unfortunately) and a couple E.C. here and there (that is related specifically to the economics side of the major).
My gpa is definitely not competitive....I took too many units during my semesters and unfortunately paid a price.

Would love your insights/ chances thanks again for your time.

^If you haven’t seen it already, accepted GPA last year for Math/Econ was 3.75. It would be best to try to raise your GPA with this last semester/ quarter. Don’t be discouraged though, I applied with 3.660 and still got accepted. I didn’t have UCLA’s TAP, so that’ll definitely help. You can definitely use work as a reason (but not excuse) for a lower GPA.

I got in as Math/Econ Fall 2012 with aprx 3.4 GPA so everything is possible… then again it was a little easier to get admitted back then compared to now.

@Loyshi thank you very much for your answer! I will definitely mention it. @Dagoberto Thank you for the hope but after reading your other posts you absolutely deserved to go to UCLA talk about commitment.
