UCLA Mountain of Freshman 2013 Applications

I think it’s time the UC needs to restrict the number of applications per student.
In my time, that number was 3.

<p>Back in the dark ages, UCLA accepted (nearly) every minimally qualified applicant, so there was no need for multiple apps.</p>
