UCLA Nursing (UC irvine, sdsu) do i have a chance of getting in?

Hi, Im Samantha a rising senior in high school. I wanted to see if anyone could help me out. My top three choices of to get a bsn from is ucla, uc irvine, and sdsu because i really prefer direct admission from freshman year. Can anyone tell me if I have any chance of getting in?

My gpa weighted is a 4.2 and 4.3, and my gpa unweighted is a 3.8 or 3.9.

I haven’t take my SAT but with my studying I’m hoping to get at least a 1300, if I don’t study a lot I’ll be in the 1200s.

I have taken 4 ap classes, 2 honors, and next year I’ll have 4 more ap classes. (AP world history, APUSH, AP Gov, AP lang, AP lit, AP chem, AP Environmental, AP Stat, honors english, honors public health).
My scores aren’t out yet but I should pass apush and lang, not chem I think LOL.

Here are my extra activities:

9-12 UNICEF club (treasurer 10-11, president 12)
9-12 California Scholarship Federation (officer 12)

9-12 Key Club

10-12 Cyber Patriots/Computer Science Club
11-12 National Honors Society
10 Mock Trial

10 SAGE Club (Science Accelerating Girls’
Engagement in STEM from Stanford University)

11 Words of Thanks Volunteering 200 hours
(Creating thank you cards for health care workers)

11 Internship (Contra Costa Regional Medical Center)
11 Tutoring (volunteering as a tutor for free from NHS)
ALSO im gonna get more volunteer hours from another program for making cards for kids with special needs which im super exicted to help out more.
For my volunteering btw I really like doing it, I think its really fun to make thank you cards and just fun cards becuz it makes people happy and have a better day which is the goal!

SDSU’s Nursing Freshman profile:
https://nursing.sdsu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/FTFAdmissionProfile_2016-2020.pdf

UCI Stats:
Fall 2019 freshman applicants: 3045
Fall 2019 freshman admissions: 52 (1.7% admitted)
Average UC GPA: 4.17 GPA
Average total SAT score: 1920
Average total SAT score (new version): 1357

UCLA does not breakout their admission stats other than in 2019, there were 3252 applicants with 53 admitted for a 2% acceptance rate.

Your GPA looks competitive and SDSU with around a 6% acceptance rate would be your best chance from the 3 schools listed but with the low admit rates for all 3 schools, you should consider them a Reach regardless of your academic stats.

Make sure you apply widely and have a safety school as a backup. Best of luck.

i agree - you look competitive but, the programs are so selective they have to be considered a reach. Especially this year with all of the Covid accommodations and variables.

Apply very broadly (more than 5 viable schools) - and good luck.
