lol its kinda funny how they have a loop hole like that. I can see it too.

Hold on everyone. Not to be mean or anything but I’m a little skeptical that ALL of us got in, especially me. Unlike the other UCs, UCLA looks like it has a handful of different portals, do you think they just formatted all of them today since decisions are being released?

^seriously!!! I can’t handle this anymore, I’m starting to have a nervous breakdown!!

@iDizzle, silly, scientific integrity, everyone posting here is doing so because they can see it. I can’t see it. I didn’t have any of the indicators. Tons of people had no indicators, they just aren’t posting.

That’s exactly why I can’t be happy yet; I am not sure that this means what we all think it means.

guys, it means exactly what you think it means.

The UCLA admissions office just closed, I’m guessing decisions should be out at any point within the hour.

@ justinetruant: lol. Am I wrong though? I guess we will have to wait another hour won’t we =]

edit ohh. Wait I thought you were able to see it?

No, I think it is legit. Considering URSA is a site meant for admitted students and is separate from where you receive the decision, their computer system probably just has us as admitted students and even though we haven’t been officially “notified” of our admission, we can still log on to ursa and see all the info as if we have been officially notified. The computer doesn’t know we don’t know if we are in or not.

It was on UCLA news. Google the article. But my question is… Will they release all of the rest at once this evening or is it just starting to release this evening and ending by May 1st? Cuz I know last year I heard from UCLA on April 25…

well, yes, you are wrong. SIR button = acceptance. we know this from past years. the only reason we aren’t seeing more people who DON’T have it is because those people aren’t posting. trust me, I’ve got a running conversation with about 6 of those people right now! and you’re very right, we won’t know for sure for another hour :)

I got a sir button toooooooo!!! :d

Does anyone else have an option to accept or decline admission in URSA? Does this mean I’m in???

well, i have the SIR button. hope this is a good sign! waiting waiting.

@justinetruant: lol. ok ok, we will wait than =]. I just have a really hard time believing that I got accepted with a 3.49 that’s all. If I DID in fact get accepted, I really think I was from my PS. I’d imagine the application reviewer saying, “cool story bro!” after they read it. hahah

Guys, what does this mean:
Our records indicate that you do not have access to use URSA at this time…

Are you a new UCLA Student, a former UCLA Student, a UCLA Alumnus?

You must have your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number associated with your UCLA Logon ID to access URSA. You can find this number:

On your online or paper letter of admission (new students)

On your BruinCard (current students, former students, alumni)

On your UCLA transcript (current students, former students, alumni)

Create your UCLA Logon ID with your 9-digit UCLA Identification Number. If you went through this process and still got this page, please call (310) 825-1091, option 6 during normal business hours.

Are you a 3rd Party Account Holder?

You have not been authorized access to URSA to view any student accounts. Contact the student of the account you are trying to access for authorization and instructions. Only UCLA students can authorize access to URSA to 3rd Party Account Holders.

are you JUST creating your URSA account now?

After seeing the S.I.R button come up in Ursa

[lol ha](http://drunkronswanson.com/)

@ justinetruant: yes :l

My status just changed to “Newly Admitted Undergraduate Student” in URSA. Anyone else see that?

It says it in the top right corner after clicking the “accept or deny your offer of admission” button on the main menu of URSA.
