<p>I want to major/double major in Psychology and neuroscience (it’s still early, but I am tentatively planning on going to med school after undergrad and getting a PhD). Which one has the best program? I live about 45 minutes from Berkeley and can’t decide which UC is better or if I should go off to the East Coast? Also, which has the best travel abroad program?</p>
