<p>OK, got into to both and now i can't make up my mind on where I want to go. I am planning on majoring in History and Econ. I am curious as to which school is better for these majors and which one will help me find a better job after I graduate.</p>
<p>Honestly can’t say I know very much about either school’s History/Econ departments, but I’d think the prestige and name tips in favor of UCLA. I would say otherwise if I’ve heard anything great about UCSD’s History or Econ, as I would if you were considering biological sciences or marine biology and such. </p>
<p>In this case I think your decision should be made based on which environment you like better and overall things about the school.</p>
