<p>You need to decide for yourselves. UW is also a good engineering school. There is no more anybody can say. For Silicon Valley, I don't think GT has more clout than UIUC. I think UW has more cloud than GT. This is only one person data point.</p>
<p>Yep, it really is up to you. If you want a great school coupled with the advantage of a huge metropolis with lots of social and professional opportunities, GT is the place for you.</p>
