UCLA people...HELP!

For all you that live near UCLA, lived near UCLA, or currently attend UCLA, I need your honest pinion. How would a white conservative male do there? Please be honest. In addition, I love sports, am very sociable, and love the outdoors. I want a good education at a beautiful location where social aspect is key. Please help me out with any input.

I live near UCLA and in my opinion, it is liberal. If you look for conservative, USC. however, UCLA has a lot of things you can do and a lot of social activities. WEll, you would do well there, however, i am planning to turn them down to go to USC because in UCLA, your name becomes a number.

liberals outnumber conservatives, but that's not to say that conservatives are looked down upon in any way or whatever. i find that there's a good number of conservatives, and the bruin republicans are also pretty vocal. i'm sure you'll find your niche and fit in at UCLA, because it seems there are people i know who have similar backgrounds. i dont know about this.. but perhaps check out the fraternities, they might offer the complete package.

UCLA is more conservative than Cal.
If I were a conservative, I'd choose UCLA.

People could care less about your political affiliation (or at least those who should really matter to you). No one is going to ask you what your political affiliation is and then ban you from their clique because you hold an opposing position (unless maybe its the bruin democrats club?).

nah despite their differences, the bruin dems leaders and the bruin republicans leaders actually keep constant communication with each other. i guess for behind-the-scenes work, its all about the spirit of becoming more politically aware... they co-host debates. but once the debates start....
