UCLA students have no brains...

don't even say UCLA has a superior student body because it's just not true.

don't even say UCLA has a superior student body because it's just not true.

Do you have any statistics to back that up, or is it just a hunch?

Three UCLA Computer Science graduates founded Blizzard Entertainment in 1991.
The UCLA Alumni Fund should get a 10% cut of all World of Warcraft sales.

So wait, let me get this straight...

I got into Cal, but chose UCLA since it had more of what I wanted. By virtue of choosing UCLA, I went from being intelligent to not having brains?

Wow.

well, at least UCLA students aren't ugly anti social liberal nerds.

Is this another incarnation of "LiberalCensors"?

who knows. I love generalizations.

At least two of my friends from Cal are registered Republicans. So much for generalizations.

i think UCLA students have superior student bodies if you know what i mean ;)

w00t w00t!

Well said!

Let's all just make widespread, wholecloth statements denouncing the students at every school that is not our own. I'll start. Students at the University of Missippi can't bowl to save their lives. Seriously, they just can't pick up the spare. And don't get me started on the juggling abilities (or lack there of) of Harvey Mudd kids. They'll never make it into the circus.

Aw, aren't you sweet? What, did you not get into UCLA, and now you hate the school?

oh wow, i just saw the statistics. maybe LA students are superior to Cal students in every way :'(

Please, the students at Cal and UCLA are (and have been for some time) equal in nearly every measurable way. They are both great schools and it really comes down to preference of environment or stength of individual program (Cal engineering or UCLA film for example). Cal has a slight edge in the prestige department, but that's because we have more history, and I think in 20 years the schools will be seen world wide as complete equals.

WTH? I thought Cal was stronger in the GPA AND SAT score categories.

My beliefs have been shattered, and you are to blame, flopsy! :p

Oh wow, how many times must I post that the schools tend to look for different things in the application? Nope, not doing it again.

Another key concept- "projected."

I got rejected from UCR.....wow seems like I wasn't good enough for their 88% admit rate....and UCLA can just go to hell....I am at CAL!!!

I think it's more like 80%.
