UCLA pyschobiology major?

Hi everyone i was just accepted for pre-psychobiology and I was just wondering exactly how hard it is, what its based on (neuroscience, bio, or more psychology oriented). Also is UCLA as competitive and intimidating as everyone says it is? OH and whats the job prospect for this major? Exactly what could I do with a major in psychobiology. Thank you!

bump

Generalizing, psychobiology is regarded as an easy pre-med major. You should take a look at the major requirements found through a Google search, and see what kind of courses are required. Competition at UCLA is what you make of it. It depends on your personal drive and aptitude, as well as the students in your classes. I would say the workforce is saturated with psychologists right now, but that just speculation on my part.
