<p>OK guys, i really wanna go to UCLA.</p>
<p>I am an SMC student. #1 in UCLA transfers etc. But i am not in Scholars TAP program mostly b/c there are not Scholars science classes.</p>
<p>Next year i have a chance to go to WLAC and take 4 science classes which will all be TAP.</p>
<p>Which means i will be a TAP person.</p>
<p>Should i do it?</p>
<p>My major is Bio, Biochem, or Chem... Not sure.</p>

<p>WLAC does have a good rep but not nearly as good as SMC's who as you mentinoned is #1 in transfers to UCLA (assuming that's where you wanna end up). I'd stay at SMC solely based on the fact that TAP is not guaranteed admission and the fact that SMC students are highly considered when applying to UCLA. The only reason I would go to WLAC over SMC is the parking and because I heard that science classes at SMC are cutthroat... but one thing is for sure if you complete your courses at SMC with passing grades you will be thouroughly prepared for UCLA and UCLA admission officers know classes at SMC are more rigorous than other cc's. Stay at SMC.</p>
<p>Mex, i dunno quite frankly. Yeah SMC is frickin crowded and the science classes are killers, i have a friend who said UCLA has easier science classes. I keep getting B's in them and busting my ass too.</p>
<p>Is it all worth it? </p>
<p>How about it i go to both at the same time? Take science at WLAC and GE at SMC?</p>
