I have two questions regarding sending our transcripts.

(1) On my application, I said I took two classes at Stanford several summers ago and that I was taking a class at Stanford right now (EPGY university math). However, these classes appear on different transcripts: University and Continuing Studies. My.UCLA says its only expecting one transcript from me. Is this a problem? Do I need to call/Will I be rescinded? (I already explained this once over the phone and once in writing to admissions officials). Will they simply figure it out when they received it and make it work out?

(2) Since I have three schools that they are expecting transcripts from, I have three entries on My.UCLA. The middle one is highlighted. Is this the same for everyone? Or does it mean there is a problem with it.

Thanks!

Are my questions unimportant or something?!

Yes. Kidding
(1) Do they both say “From Stanford”? If so, they will probably sort it out. If anything, they will place a hold on your records until they sort it out, they won’t rescind you for something minor like this.
(2) No, mine doesn’t. Perhaps you should screenshot it and post it here so that we have more context. What is so special about the middle one?

Hi, In response to your answer, here’s a link to what i mean… http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/3599/transcript.png

That’s what I mean by highlighted. Is anyone elses like this?

karens: Please don’t start ■■■■■■■■ here. This is a serious post and doesn’t need to be degraded by you.

Hm, that doesn’t really look like highlighting to me. I’m guessing that might be either because
(1) They sometimes do that to show that there’s a separation (like how on some scantrons they make every other number a different color so that people don’t get confused)
or (2) They haven’t received anything yet and want to emphasize it

Either way, if it isn’t highlighted in bright red, I wouldn’t be too worried. Just be sure to send in the preliminary transcript for that school before June 1st.

^agree with MrOblivious

Thanks, Mr. Oblivious.

Can anyone confirm this with experience and/or examples? I hate to freak out about stupid things, but UCLA is too important to f**k up.

Can someone pls. help?

Um, sorry to break it to you hun but I’m pretty sure most of us have not taken a course at Stanford prior to transfer. You should just call.

my real question is #2 - the alternating rows.

MrOblivious already answered your question. Do you not see the key above College Transcripts?

Oh my goodness I’m not that stupid. My question remains: does anyone else have the highlighted (albeit slightly) second row?

The ‘highlighted’ section is a row divider. You know, so you can differentiate between the first, second, and third school on the list? Getting worked up over nothing.
