<p>I got signed up for the 2nd one on july 8 :] anyone else??? I was wondering if anyone knows the class signing up process. for example, what does ucla do to avoid all the ppl in the earlier sessions getting all the classes?? and where do we go to pay our orientation fees? (i asked to get waived but i dont know where to go pay it)</p>

<p>they’re going to tell you that it’s fine to be signed up for a later time. basically, if you go earlier, you have more of a chance to get classes that are at the times everyone wants or with the professors that everyone wants, and if the class you want isn’t considered competitive by UCLA, to get into that class. for the classes they consider competitive, they save a certain number of spots for each transfer session. so it’s not the end of the world, just a little less choice.</p>

<p>I called LA and someone from admissions said the orientation thing was being extremely problematic (like with the website and people calling). I can believe that considering I had everything and for some stupid reason I couldn’t even see the link until I clicked through the survery (already did it ages ago though) and re-logged. </p>

<p>I got 202, 201 filled up fast as hell. My gf signed up like 2 min after me and got 203 :/</p>

<p>202 as well. I believe it’s on a Friday, which is the only reason I chose it. Can’t have it conflicting with my summer session classes. Missing a day would be like missing a week.</p>
<p>hahahah we need something more distinctive and related to CC so we don’t randomly go up to ppl who are not from CC. hahaha and yes, i picked friday because I have summer sessions. ohh goodbye summer!</p>
