I am an incoming freshman, and am weighing my options for the summer. I have no idea which is better, CSI or FSP, and am wondering if I should just take regular summer session classes in physics. Can anyone advise?

I would like it if somebody would answer this question because I would like to know the answer.

Stay at home and relax. You will never have another summer quite like the one after high school. Live it up.

^ True… sigh

Take something easy so you can get a hang of what it’s like if you really want to take a summer class. I don’t know that much about the CSI or FSP, but I’m not too sure physics would be the class you want to start with… (Unless you’re good at, or been fully introduced to it before.)

Oh hey, it’s my thread. I just wanted to say that I am going to be taking normal “Summer Session” courses, as the courses in CSI and FSP look very trivial upon further inspection.

If you want a gentle introduction, I would suggest finding a very highly rated professor (bruinwalk.com) to take a class from. Also make sure the class fills a requirement that you’re sure of.

What’s your intended major?
