UCLA summer session finaid

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone has ever taken more than 2 classes during ONE summer session at UCLA? I'm only able to attend Session C this year, and to get as much financial aid as I can, I'd need to take at least 12 units. So I'm planning to take 3 classes = 14 units. One's a linguistic course, another's a psychology upper division elective, and last one is intro to asian american studies. Just wondering if anyone has ever taken 3 classes in one session before because I'm kinda nervous. Don't know exactly what I'm setting myself up for.

Thanks.

I’m taking 3 classes this summer. Funny you mention it, b/c I’m taking LING 1, a psych upper div, and a computer programming class. Oh, and I’m also working 3 jobs. It’s a pain in the ass, but if you make sure to study at least 2 hrs everyday, I think it’s doable.

Dang, 3 classes AND 3 jobs??? That is a lot of work for you…or for anyone for that matter :[ . One tough Bruin you are. Thanks for the reply. Misery does love company; I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one (and looking at you, I shouldn’t be complaining since you have it way harder than me). Anyway, it is funny that we’re taking similar classes.
