Okay, so I thought I was pretty borderline to UCLA.
UC GPA - 4.2-4.3ish
Rank 10, ELC
SAT (single sitting) - 2150
SATIIMath- 750
SATIIUSHistory - 590 :/

But I didn't get the requestion for the supplemental. Wouldn't this mean that I'm either rejected for sure, or pretty much accepted for sure? What do you guys think? Is not getting the request a good sign for me? Or a bad one?

Getting the supplement is not really a good thing, but don’t count yourself out yet. Many people who thought they were borderline and didn’t get the supplement have been accepted. Just wait it out and you’ll find out in a couple of weeks. You have a good chance of being admitted.

Sorry to hijack your thread here but I’m OOS and have similar stats and did not receive the letter.
GPA: 3.905 weighted for 10th-11th, grades and course rigor improved senior year.
4.35 UC but that might be wrong cause I calculated it myself.
2130 on the SAT
790 on Literature subject test and 800 on US History, got a 5 on the US AP test.
Prospective History major, had an internship at the New-York Historical Society.
Weak extracurriculars overall

Do you think it is a bad sign that I did not receive the letter?

Stats aren’t the whole game here, especially with so many people applying, but it might make you feel a little more secure to know that I (and many other people as well) got in with almost the same GPA/SAT scores.

It’s not just about those things, but I would say that your scores are definitely competitive and won’t hurt your chances.

Best of luck wherever you find yourself next year,
CP

i think youre in
(with good ec’s and essay)
because i have way lower stats than you in all categories (except sat II history)
and i got a supplemental.
so if i’m borderline… you’re… over it?
