Hello, I know this is pretty late considering that the Class of 2021 Decisions will be announced this Friday…but I was wondering if there were statistics of the amount of people who were accepted with the Supplemental Questionnaire Request from previous years. I was fortunate enough to receive one this year and now I’m really nervous for decisions because UCLA is one of my top schools…
They don’t provide statistics on this, but I’ve known several people who got the questionnaire and who were admitted. The questionnaire is your opportunity to strengthen your application. It shows that you are still in contention. So best of luck.
I got the supplemental questionaire! I was wondering why u thought you got it. I think i got it based on the second question related to my family circumstance
@dayannaortiz6 Same here! I wrote one of my personal insight questions to the hardship prompt on my family circumstance and I did have a slight dip in grades in my sophmore year. The questionnaire is apparently for borderline students, so the only thing it can do is help our app
Good luck!!! Whereever you go!!(:
@dayannaortiz6 Thanks, you too <3
Do you know if people are more likely to get accepted than to get rejected?
I got accepted with low stats and was asked to submit a supplemental questionnaire
@dayannaortiz6 View the questionnaire as your opportunity to explain special circumstances to the university. It’s a unique opportunity. For what it is worth, I’ve known several students who were accepted after submitting the questionnaire.
