UCLA TAP Scholarship Letter!

i didnt get a letter omg

major and gpa?

I think the scary thing about not getting a letter yet is that I am afraid my counselor didn’t send in my TAP form. :(

lol, there are many TAP students who havent received them yet. I highly doubt so many counselors did the same mistake.

no chesser
this is “TAP” Scholarship, an award focusing on TAP students.

I have ucla TAP, didn’t get a letter though…
is this bad?? ugh

I just received my TAP scholarship letter. I’m quite sure that they send it to all TAP students; however, you only qualify if you have financial aid need.

yes, if you didnt get it on saturday then you will get it today

chibi, ahh. :X

At this point I’m pretty much like…o__O;;

Hahahaha. You guys should be excited. [:

Just snatched it from the mailbox, too bad FAFSA’s deadline was due March 2nd.

just got mine!! :D

it was in a small envelope so i kinda freaked out for a moment lol

3.78 gpa, poli sci

got it in the mail today!
little envelope scared my mother and she opened it when I was not even there!!!
glad it was just the tap thing lol

I just got mine in the mail as well.

It’s unfortunate that the due and notification dates are so late, as this could highly influence my decision.

If I get in that is.

I dont think this affects admissions decisions at all, i think it’s given to all TAP applicants
I have 3.1 GPA and TAP…

I got my letter today.

ya…doesn’t mean you are in or anything, it says on the letter.

No I meant that it would affect my decision where to attend…

If I got the $5000 a year it would be hard to turn down UCLA…

IF i get into LA.

Dont get your hopes to High.
only 24 applicants will be selected.

the deadline has officially changed to the 5th August

Oh, my hopes are definitely NOT high. It was just a thought.

how do they expect us to write about “specific research and/or creative interests that inspired you to continue your education” when we haven’t transferred yet, and thus, haven’t had the opportunity to do research?

I guess we will all be writing about our creative interests…
