Ripcurl, buddy, how can you even show your face around here when you started that thread about UCLA losing to Gonzaga? What's your beef with the Bruins? You get rejected from UCLA or something? Maybe you're a Trojan or maybe you're mother didn't hug you enough as a child.

But you didn't get in out of high school either... and if you didn't apply to UCLA what's this? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?p=1922153#post1922153

alright fine u caught me. i applied to ucla and obviously got rejected. but i didnt have them going to the final four or championship either way.

I believe around these parts we call is PWNED. Sounds like someone's a little bitter about the admissions decision and taking it out on the UCLA basketball team.

In ripcurl's defense, it would be hard to pick the Bruins in the final four with the other teams in that conference being just as qualified. However, I had the Bruins in the final four. They are actually my last team left in the final four, so Go Bruins!

kudos: oh really? did u see how close the gonzaga-ucla game was (i had gonzaga in final 4?). ONE POINT!!! and gonzaga was up pretty much the whole game. and btw i knew i would get rejected so i wasnt surprised. :)

It was 2 points.

Not many people predicted these 4 teams in the Final Four...I'd say that none of the 4 teams, UCLA included, were the favorites.

But that makes it all the more sweeter.

I think there was only one or two people who got the final four correct on Yahoo.

UCLA wasn't too far from a favorite though; a lot of people picked them.

And if you're aunt had balls she'd be your uncle. Listen man, Gonzaga's eliminated so cheer for the last west coast or Pac-10 team. Most likely no one in your bracket pool picked LSU, George Mason, or even Florida. I can't speak for UCLA though, many picked them to get to the finals (I did), but I didn't pick them to win it. There's probably no way you could win it anyway. However, it's only a little bit of money, and I'm rooting UCLA to victory because I've been a Bruin fan my entire life.

While we're on the matter, I just thought you'd like to know that going to a community college does not necessarily make me any more dumb or smarter for that matter, than anyone else. I got into a 4 year university in high school. I went there for a semester, didn't like it, and transferred out. Not to mention many people pick CC because it's incredibly cheaper than paying tuition for 2 years at a 4-year. Very cost effective, although that was not my reasoning, obviously.

I had LSU and UCLA in my original final four

"if my aunt had balls she would be my uncle." that is indeed correct.

if you're referring to me I should have taken out "original." theyre in my final four

no i am just responding to kudosmyhero's very random sentence.

lol ok.

GO BRUINS

LSU's frontcourt is sick, but it doesnt matter. BRUIN MAGIC
