So... Ucla wants two sets of transcripts, correct? All work completed through fall 2010 by june 1st and all work completed through spring 2011 by july 15th. I attended four cc's and i'm finishing my last two classes @ my current cc. My question is do i have to send transcripts from those 3 cc's to ucla in july, even though i'm not taking any classes during the spring? Also, regarding my current cc, these are the only two classes i have taken there so obviously i won't have to send transcripts for that school to ucla by june 1st, correct? Hope my questions make sense.

question: If my foreign language on the IGETC was certified by my ccc thanks to taking spanish in high school, do i need to still send ucla my high school transcripts along with my fall grades by June 1?

@lakers77: Send all the transcripts from all colleges you attended in fall 2010 and before by June 1. The transcripts for colleges you attended AFTER fall 2010 (i.e. winter 2011 and/or spring 2011) will have to be in by July 15. If you are taking summer courses, send the transcripts for those courses in by September 1.

Send transcripts to:

[Sending Official Records - Transfer Students - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/newbruins/Offl_Rec_Transfer.htm)

@jg2290: They might have asked you for your high school transcripts in your admissions contract. Check, if they have. The UCLA website states: “Unless specifically requested in your Provisional Admission Contract, we do not require a high school transcript.” If you can’t find anything about high school transcripts in you admissions contract, you can always just ask an admissions officer this question.

When I signed onto MyUCLA it says that I do not need my high school transcript. Maybe you can check there as well.

I understand the transcripts that need to be sent by june 1st. However, for the second transcript that’s due on july 15th, they want transcripts of all coursework THROUGH spring 2011. Does this mean i need to send all my college coursework through the spring 2011 semester, or just the coursework i took DURING the spring 2011 semester?

Anything after fall 2010 term and before summer 2011 term, if I understand correctly.

question: do i need to SIR first in order to send in my transcripts? or can i send the transcripts first then SIR?

On july 15, do i need to have sent a copy of my AA, because it says IGETC certification. Is that a separate document or is it implied already when i send my spring transcripts?

hmm i’m still confused. For the transcript that is due on july 15th, do they want transcripts for all coursework completed DURING the winter/spring semesters, or our COMPLETE transcripts?

@lakers77

I’m confused too but I am assuming that it is a complete transcript since it says:

Transcripts for Must be received by
All courses taken through the fall 2010 term June 1, 2011*
All courses taken through the spring 2011 term July 15, 2011
All courses taken in summer 2011 (if any) September 1, 2011

…however I’m not sure. Is there someone who can clarify this? Thanks! :]

I have the same question as bumblebee. I’m not sure if I’m going to attend UCLA, I was going to try to visit my top two choices and won’t SIR for at least 2 weeks, my school says during May it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to process a transcript request so I’m wondering if I should go ahead and send the transcripts ASAP even though I haven’t and may not even SIR to UCLA?
