Pre-reqs: Complete by spring semester 2018
Anyone has the same major with me and also gets waitlisted?
And I wonder when they will announce the waitlisted result
On the waitlist with a 3.0 … don’t understand how. Anyone know if they accept that low?

Did anyone on this thread get into Cal?
Was looking at UCLA wait list thread last year for transfers, most of them got accepted/rejected late July.
@jayshah12 No, I saw the thread. People started to get accepted June 3rd (which was a Saturday). After that, they send them in waves throughout June.
@smittynumone oh yeah your right, crap i think i was looking at something else. Someone mentioned how in 2016 in that thread how they got it May 31st… Oh well good luck!
How do you know many won’t get in off the waitlist?
@elegancesass Many won’t get in off the waitlist due to UCLA’s high yield rates so they can fill the transfer quota with regular admits. Very few will get off the waitlist.
does anyone know if UCLA would ask for our grades of last term or not?
@jayshah12 Yeah, I did.
@UCLAlover1 I think that you will be sending in all transcripts after being admitted, but spring grades are not considered during the waitlist process

I can’t wait to discover if I will be accepted or not. Last year, I was waitlisted and did not get in, but this year I am hopeful it will be different.

@TerribleT I don’t think the results would come out that fast. Probably starting next week. Also, UCLA would send out an email to everyone to check their status.
@OnlyPartly I asked the admission about this, and they said that they will only email people who got accepted from the waitlist, and the email will say to check the portal. For rejection, we basically just need to keep checking the portal.
