UCLA transfer acceptance?

I'm currently a high-school student and I'm graduating in December and I've been taking california community college classes for a year and a half and I'm also taking one more semester. I just need 7 more units to complete my AA degree in English. Although my GPA is only 3.0, I've been doing average. I plan on (hopefully) studying abraod at AUP in Fall '09 for a year. My question is, would I have a chance at being accepted into the film program at UCLA as a transfer student after I've come back from France? My college transcript is as follows:

Film Study & appreciation-B
Middle Eastern Lit-A
Algebra-B
Academic Reading-A
Advanced french -C
GPA: 3.00

Drama -D (I'm trying to get this fixed as it was a mistake made by the prof. I should have at least a B)
Reading & Comp- C
Web Design- B
Intermediate Algebra- W
Screenwriting- A
GPA: 2.50

Lit & Critical Thinking-B
American Politics- B
Public Speaking- A
GPA: 3.33

My overall GPA is 3.00

But hopefully my In Progress classes will bring that up.
Intermediate Algebra
Oceanography
Oceanography lab
American Sign Language
Advanced French 2

My GPA is pretty low and my grades aren't substantial. But if my grades turn out decent for this semester and my grades are good abroad, would I have a chance at transferring into UCLA as a film student?
