UCLA Transfer Student

<p>Hi everyone
Thanks for paying attention to my message. I am one of the transfer students to UCLA in the coming Fall. I am wondering if anyone can explain the meaning of these requirements.</p>

<p>-As a transfer student, Do I need to take the English as a Second Language Placement Exam (ESLPE)? I have completed English 1A and 1C with C's before transferring.
