https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/Decision/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/decision/

wrong portal…everyone is talking about the myUCLA portal. but inorder to access it u have to set it up using USRA portal

could u forward me the link?

https://www.ursa.ucla.edu/

It’s the URSA portal…it’s the “View registration status” column 1. I also got freshman. Not sure if it makes a difference as of yet.

So i created a URSA and clicked on “view registration status” and it says i don’t have access to that function

any ideas of what us going on???

No, check the financial aid boxes in the 2nd column

few of us can see registration status though.

wait what? you can access your email?

what do you mean you can access email, why did you skip over my question???

@darksaber, while I appreciate the desire to play devil’s advocate (we need naysayers to uphold our scientific integrity), it is best if your arguments are not reduced to fallacies. a single example of something contradicting 4 solid years of thousands of consistent pieces of evidence does not negate the entire hypothesis. if you want to do your research and discover the trends that led all of us to discover this so-called “BS,” then by all means; CC is an open forum.

@uckitty, still no indicators for me after this morning’s update :frowning: sigh sigh!

well I welcome you to post tonight after decisions and let us know if he got in or not! the information will be helpful for future transfer seasons :)

eep! good    and yes looking forward to the update!

I can’t access the registration status info, but I can view housing information. I am pretty confident I will be accepted since I was invited to the Regents scholarship and Alumni scholarship. So, for those of you you can’t see their major under registration status, don’t get too discouraged.

@whatismygpa: if you were invited for those scholarships, you are likely in :)

however the major we’re talking about is in myUCLA, not reigstration status. two different things.

udpate :

I can now see my major on myUCLA.
I clicked summer enrollment yesterday until I got to the page with the paw prints. Then I deleted my cookies, and I could log into myUCLA. After a few hours I checked again, and it said summer session student. The next day (today) it says Art History, Unknown, Session.

Since I messed with summer session I can no longer access the housing app, this is worrisome because I actually need to fill it out if I get accepted.
it says
“The academic year you have selected is not yet available for submission of housing applications.”

In URSA, I can now see things I could not before, like Study List and Race/Ethnicity.

I’m actually surprised to have all these positive signs. I definitely was not a shoe-in with my GPA and lack of extracurricular. I also had to take a bunch of extra classes this semester to have enough units to transfer. We will see!

@imnotfreud, read around, THAT IS A GOOD SIGN! housing app “unavailable” is a good sign  uckitty was nice enough to post direct links to the threads that show the evidence from last year

congrats on your major showing up :)

@justinetruant: where exactly can I find that information on my major?

@whatismygpa: you have to sign into myUCLA to get that information. have you done that yet?

Yes, I have. There is a bunch of options but I don’t see my major anywhere. Is it under a specific tab or on the main page?
