I am accepted to these schools. I am under the major of biophysics for UCLA and UCSD, but just physics for UCSB. I'm not positive of my choice in major. And nor is most people. That being said, I really liked how UCSB and UCSD have some natural elements incorporated in their campuses. I like to do outside things, trail running, hiking, biking, etc, and I feel like I would better be able to do these things at UCSB and UCSD than UCLA. That being said, UCLA has more things to do in the city, and a better perceived education.

However, I just looked at rankings for graduate programs, and for physics UCSB is actually higher on the list. UCSD also is perceived to be better for bioengineering than UCLA.
The point is that I thought I made my mind up for UCLA, but the recent evidence that it might not be the best school academically has my second guessing my decision.

So when it comes to this major or similar majors (biophysics, physics, bioengineering..) are are UCSB & UCSD better than UCLA? Which school should I choose??
