UCLA, UOFT, Mcgill, Waterloo Engineering?

I'm wondering what would happen when i apply for UCLA in the Fall, and Canadian universities in the spring/end of 1st sem/beginning of 2nd sem.

Born in Australia, but lived in Cerritos, California for around 8 years, moved to Canada for the rest. No idea if that helps me or not, but hey might come in handy.

I wanted to know which one had the best undergraduate study in the field of engineering. As I'm entering grade 12 next year I wanted to know what my chance were actually into these 4 universities.

Grade 9 had an average of 87%, nothing below 82% which was english, i hate english class
Grade 10 had an average of 90%, everything was a 90, Technology was in the 95's and over, but again English was 65% :( I'm actually trying to go to a private school and redo this course and pay 1000$ if it is that important.
Grade 11, I got mad in English, so ended up in a 90%, switched teachers, i had the same teachers in the 9 and 10 who hated my guts. Average was 92%, highest was in computer engineering and functions, both 94%
Grade 12, Considering the situations and the work effort I'm putting in the summer If i end up with a 90-95% average I wanted to know if I could make UCLA, or at least one of these universities.

SAT - Took during grade 11 summer, 2050 first time
2090 the second time
SAT Subject II taking soon

Thank you so much, and wish me luck =) Comments on which engineering programs would be great.

If any extra curricular are needed, I will write them down. Money isn't really that much of a big deal.

If you get mid 90’s in Grade 12, you’ll probably be accepted to UT, Mcgill, and Waterloo.
