UCLA, USC, UCSD? Chances

I've been freaking out like crazy lately because I have no idea which colleges I actually have a chance of getting in to! My all time dream school is UCLA, but I'm also applying to USC, UCSD, UC Berkeley...those are my most far reach ones.
& I'm applying to UC Irvine, maybe Davis, and Chapman.
I have a 3.8 UW GPA, about a 4.2 Weighted
Freshman- 4.0
Soph- 4.15 (1 AP)
Junior- 4.5 (4 AP's and Honors)
Senior- Currently taking 4 AP's and I'm guessing I'll have around a 4.2-4.6

I have a good amount of extracurriculars but haven't done any sports in high school, involved in Leadership and other clubs, and have about 600 hours of community service & I started and run a youth group at my church.
My SAT is reaaaaallllyyyy bad, I got a 1650, but just retook it and based off my practice tests I'll probably get between a 1700-1900.
I'm a first generation college student, I'm black, my parents are both immigrants to America.
I'm trying to work on building up my personal statement, I'm a horrible writer (English is my 2nd language btw).
Anyways, realistically, do I have a chance at UCLA or USC?
& How hard is Irvine, do you think I'll get in?
Everyone's saying I have a huge advantage because I'm black, but I really don't know what to listen to anymore, thanks in advance for the help!

Kind of similar to me.
I would say if you are in state you have a decent chance at UCLA if you raise your sat score to 1800+. Berkeley is a reach for pretty much everyone, unfortunately. Irvine and Davis are probably matches for you.

Edit: I don’t know about Chapman so I can’t help you with that
