ucla v. usc v. bc

I am looking for a solid Pre-Law/liberal arts/Political Science curriculum. Which of these colleges that I was accepted to would suit my academic interests the best and provide a good overall experience? A sort of ranking of the Political Science prestige of each of these would help!

USC
Boston College
UCLA
UNC-Chapel Hill
NYU
Wake Forest
Bucknell

go to the list of college rankings and see who is higher nationally. husband is an attorney and. obviously the higher the gpa and the status of the university the better the law school ASSUMING that you can do equally well in all schools. however ucla cheaper, and on quarter system so a bit more pressure, better neighborhood. usc, trojan family, expensive, nyu, expensive and no campus per se but if you love big cities. we've seen unc, beautiful and friendly campus. very different vibe than we californians are used to. another question for you to ask yourself...where do you want to live after. people tend to stay in certain regions after college,

I have a hard time seeing "Bucknell" and "NYU" in the same sentence. They could not be more different! All the schools you list are excellent, and the differences are more in climate, size, and campus style than in the quality of education you're likely to get.

I wouldn't worry about law school. LS is very numbers-driven, and you should go the school you most want to attend, then don't get arrested while you're there. After that, your gpa and your score on the law boards will determine what law schools you are admitted to (if you even want to go to law school when the time comes), not your ug university.

yes and no. given equal stats law schools will opt for kids from better, whatever that ultimately means, schools. you have to write down what is importent to you, atmosphere, weather, size, financial aid etc. and then go with your gut.
