<p>UCLA is way cheaper (unless you got ALOT of aid from bc), esp since you are a Cali resident. if by better school you mean which is more well known and prestigious, i would say ucla. i dont go to either schools so i dont really know the rep of each's poli sci majors.. but i think many people would agree that ucla is better overall.</p>
