UCLA vs Case Western

Right now, I plan on attending med school after my undergraduate years.

I got UCLA Bioengineering (since they dont have biomed), but I am also deciding between Case Western University (for Biomedical engineering)

Case Western does have a higher ranking in BME, but I'm not sure which school would be more beneficial in the long run.

Case Western has lots of research opportunities, much like UCLA.

Any comments/insight would be good :P

Thanks!

bump! and thanks for the help!

Have you considered UCSD which I believe is higher ranked and better known in this field than the other two?

if i were in your position, I would go with UCLA.
I would have also registered as “goshfather1” instead of your current nickname, to avoid offending any sensitive atheists.

UCSD provides a good bioE program as well, i think it is ranked higher. THe internship they give out is also amazing, since you go in groups instead of singles.

Haha thanks for the replies.

UCSD does have a high ranking, but in terms of matriculation into med school, which college would be more beneficial?

UCSD = rank 3 in BME
Case = rank 6 in BME
UCLA = 40 in Bio Engie
