I got into UCLA HSSEAS (Computer Science and Engineering) and CMU Tepper School of Business and Carnegie Institute of Technology. However, I really want to get in CMU's SCS program (waitlisted). Would I have a better chance at getting into a good grad school (Stanford) or job opportunities going to UCLA, or should I go into CMU and double major in Business and hopefully SCS to achieve me dream?

If you are already admitted to UCLA Comp Science, go for it. I gather it is not easy to transfer schools at CMU plus the workload is horrendous there. You would go to any grad school provided you maintain a good gpa, have good scores and internships from your undergrad. I think if you do really well at UCLA, you can have all these chances. Also if you are in state, the tuition is a big benefit.
