Hello! I was realy excited to get into both schools but now I have a tough decision to make. I want to go into finance, investment banking, investment managemnt, etc. Cost is not an issue. I’m just looking for some advice about which school to choose, and whether either school will give me an advantage for a carrer in finance.
First of all, congratulations! These are among the two most selective colleges in the country, and being accepted to both indicates that you had outstanding credentials.
In all honesty, there is no real difference. Both are absolutely amazing colleges, both have stellar reputations, and both will set you up for success in whatever you decide to do. Moreover, if you were accepted to both, I expect that you will do extremely well in life, no matter where you choose to attend.
The question is - what do you want out of college? These are two very different colleges, and provide very different undergraduate experiences, So, what would you like your undergraduate experience to look like?
