UCLA vs UCB for Architecture

Does anyone know which school is better for an architecture major: ucla or ucb? or any general information about the architecture program at either school, pros and cons, etc. Thanks!

Just be really really sure you want to be an architect. My best friend is an Architecture Major at Cal and he is trying to switch into engineering, not a fun task.

Ah, but engineering is an impacted major! Regardless, I agree!

I'd try contacting cheers on the Parents Forum or someone else specific whose CC name I cannot remember... Either way, the architecture (majors) sub-forum would provide more help. From what I can observe, we have a few engineers, plenty of pre-meds, some Biz-Econ kids, a wealth of confused freshmen, and a couple of history-majors/pre-meds on the UCLA sub-forum but not too many (or any?) from the School of Arts & Architecture, none from Film & TV I think, and a music major in FireEmblem.

Im in the arch department at ucla. since im going to bed, you can pm me for any specific questions.

i transfered but originally planned to go to cal.
