Anyone else facing a similar proposition?

I'm an Oregonian interested in majoring in Biology (likely Cell Biology, Molecular Biology & Genetics) and am taking the Pre-Med pathway, with ambitions to become an oncologist.

Currently deciding b/w UCLA, UC Berkeley, and Boston U.
Location and weather are not huge factors, although I have to admit I am a little swayed by the city life and culture of Boston..
Finances are not a huge factor either due to scholarships and grants.

I'm more liberal than conservative, fall somewhere in the middle of that spectrum, if that contributes to anything. I really am just seeking a college that fosters creative intellect, and offers great research and internship opportunities, on top of great academia and a reasonable social vibe from extra curriculars and what not.

I know of Berkeley's stellar (Micro)Biology program, and general academic motivation of the Berkeley students. Here, I would probably be middle of the class.

UCLA, however, has its renowned Medical and Oncology centre, pretty good academics and research, and strong school spirit. Social aspect sounds pretty nice. Middle-high end of class here.

Boston would be a great cultural experience, perhaps a little more restrictive but situated among top medical grad schools, and a back door to opportunities for research etc. High end of class here.

Advice/ideas hugely appreciated, oh trusty CCers? :) I hope this helps someone else too!
