<p>My S got accepted to UCLA and UCD, with Neuroscience major (going for pre-med). UCD offered him Regents Scholarship, $7500 per year. It is hard to pass the good perks from UCD's Regents. But UCLA is closer to home and has a higher ranking. Any suggetions? Thank you!</p>

<p>Your son will do fine in pre-med at either school. I’d be more concerned with the feel of the two schools, which are quite different. Has he visited both?</p>
