in-state at Michigan. Help me decide!
Michigan all the way. (Im a Michigan grad in LA).
OOS is not worth it at UCLA, and the reverse (OOS at Michigan).

Not sure UCLA is better at anything … aside from the weather 
Declaring / switching majors at Michigan seems way easier too.
I agree to go with your in state option.
Declaring and switching majors within L&S at UCLA is not difficult.
Declaring and switching majors at UCLA is the same as UMich. OOS for either isn’t worth it when fir in state they are both way more affordable.
