UCLA vs. USC

hi :) im a high school junior, and i wanted to decide on colleges before my senior year.. so here it goes
I'm considering about majoring ing pre-pharm or bio in USC OR bio in UCLA.
I'm planning to be a pharmacist ultimately, crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!!
i heard that pharm program in USC is hard to get in to, so i was bit worried, but i just wanted to see what people thought of this idea.
if you were in my position, which one would you choose?

p.s. i live in california, so... that makes my chance in UCLA a BIT higher?

Oh and how hard is it to get into UCLA and USC? which one's easier? I'm expecting USC to be easier but since im applying to a special program (pre-pharm/pharmD) wouldnt that make it harder?

haha i totally started pretty much the exact same thread like 2 days ago.

Admission to UCLA will be harder, but the special program's chances simply depend on the number of students applying.

UCLA is generally more selective than USC. I don't know about specific pre-professional programs like Pharmacy, though...

oy. ionno.. any other ideas?

well, i've been to both the campuses and took courses in both USC and UCLA. I think USC has generally smaller classes than UCLA. USC, COMPARED with UCLA, imo, has less things to do than UCLA. UCLA has westwood and near santa monica, and the campus itself has like a city in it. USC has a great campus and is very beautiful, but no offence, has a neighborhood that isn't the best.

In terms of dorms, I prefer UCLA. Just look at the housing options for both universities.

Well I will continue later but I have to write this freakin paper. adios.
