It's more about taking the risk in my case. I have SIRed and received I-20 from UCLA. But, recently I realized that UCLA has really cruel admission contract and they apparently follow it very strictly. I'm supposed to get scores of similar standard as my predicted scores according to my admission contract. I'm keeping them in same standards in all subjects except Physics and Chemistry, in which there is going to be drastic fall in scores. I have encountered by now 2 people who had their admission rescinded while one again got in and one didn't. UCLA is known for cancelling admissions. Is typhoid legit reason for fall in scores? I was really sick and couldn't really do my best in those subjects.
So my question is if UCLA is worth the risk I'm taking? UW Seattle is my safest option.
How much difference is actually there between UCLA and UW Seattle for my major?
My major at UCLA - ' Pre- microbiology, immunology and molecular genetics'
UW Seattle - ' Pre- Biology'
[ I'm an international student so fees is not the factor and I'm also thinking about Pre-med]
