It’s only the 6th day of May! Try not to get too stressed, you guys. Maybe things will get better, so hope for the best and expect for the worst.

Got in this morning at 7:27. I don’t care whether or not you guys believe me, but I did band appeal and I guess that gave me priority. I made an account just to give you guys some hope.

@godzilla24 well I don’t think so because if they had enough SIRs we would’ve already received our rejection letters, so don’t give up your hope!

Doesn’t look like anything is going to transpire from all this… Have any life sciences majors heard back? I’m at the point where im going to assume they got enough
I think we’re all starting to lose hope guys; remember we have until June 1!! And also try to be happy with your school for now, and it’ll be a better surprise if you don’t stress

is there a regional admissions officer we can contact, or is it just the generic admissions office phone number?
@manduhluv you can try calling the college you applied to! I saw someone call the college of engineering on last year’s thread and they seemed to be much more specific about waitlist questions.

@effyeahjen I am almost definitely going to SIR, the only problem may be money as I previously deposited at UMD, but I think UCLA is worth the extra 10k. (and I’m also kind of salty that UMD refused to give me any scholarship money because I didn’t apply early). I hope the best for you!
