Btw I got accepted off the waitlist as in state, so it’s NOT ONLY OOS/International. However in state admits are few and far between.
Just got off the waitlist! I’m an international student from the Philippines but was born in LA if that makes a difference? Received the email 7:03 am PST and admitted as pre-global studies. Still deciding between UCLA and USC Spring though!! Good luck y’all!! 
Can a brotha just get a rejection already. This is getting ridiculous
I thought all letters would be out by June 1st? Are they going to send out a letter saying you’ve been rejected or if you don’t hear anything are you just suppose to assume it’s a no?
I called admissions and they said freshman waitlist will be out before the end of this month, so before July 1st. They haven’t updated it on their website.
Can they reject me already so that i can just move on

Just curious. How many of you guys got into CAL but wait listed at UCLA? My daughter got into all UC’s and USC but didn’t get off the waitlist at UCLA. Going to SC.
@usctrojanz I got into Cal, but waitlisted to UCLA and UCSD (but waitlisted accepted to UCSD May 2nd)

Don’t hate on me for being out of state and not having amazing stats because I know my personal essay was really strong and since my initial application I accomplished many things that I discussed on the wait list info sheet.
Seems like these decisions are coming out in the morning. I’m assuming nothing’s going to come out Saturday or Sunday either

@amjm907 CONGRATS!! I’m sorry that you feel the need to ward off hate from in-state waitlisters 
But I guess there are also in state people who also wrote great personal statements and did cool things since the initial applications
which could understandably make some people salty. I know I’ve felt a little salty too but I trust UCLA enough to know that everyone who gets in deserves it! Congrats again and to everyone who got in but got scared off from posting about it
