Also I forgot to put indentations in the additional section for my essay… Do you think theyll care about that? Hopefully we all get in 
A UCLA admissions officer confirmed with me all results will be out by June 1st, but you never know…
And I don’t think indentations will really matter that much, because they didn’t give you a standard document, so indenting formatting is, well, unpredictable, I would guess. Take it with a grain of salt.
Thanks @mikuru… How would they even let us know results will come out if the last day to register is June 1st? Do they have a system that tells them students who got admitted to ucla SIR to another school, thus making room for us?
Waitlist accept students have a separate day to register, iirc. All waitlisted students are supposed to have 3 days to accept, so I would imagine it goes beyond June 1st.
They don’t have a specific system, but they definitely know because the deadline to accept to UCLA was May 1st for regular students, and waitlisted students only have 3 days to accept, so that’s how they would know if there’s room for other waitlist/appeals.
@mikuru Oh alright thanks for all the info haha you answered all my questions I thought UCLA students had to accept by June 1st like many of the other UC’s have. Lets cross our fingers and hope that we get in !!
It doesn’t make sense though because transfers have to SIR by June 1st. Don’t they have to wait and see how many people fill up the spots?
I think May 1st was the deadline for freshman applicants

It’s always said June. Transfer Admissions shouldn’t be factored into freshman admissions because it’s two different classes. Two separate classes means that the amount of spots available are different; that’s why transfers have until June 1st.
No once I opened it right after 11:59 PM there was a typo that said it would be “decisions will be made on a rolling basis throughout the month of MAY”. I am a transfer student!
yeah same, they just changed it, it used to say May for sure. Last year, people waited up until July , soooo hang in there guys haha!

and I don’t think there’s less people, there might be other ucla waitlist forums on here. or just people who dont use CC as much haha
